Connie Carter, 51, of Harleton Texas passed away August 5, 2013. Connie was a devoted wife and mother. Connie was born in Henderson Texas to Jesse and Martha Ann Brooks. She is survived by her husband Martin Carter. Her sons Robbie Lee Allen Kuykendall, Charles Wayne Kuykendall, Jason Ray Kuykendall. Brothers Donnie Brooks and Tommy Brooks and sister Patsy Womack. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
