Connie Ann Pickard

Connie Anne Randolph Pickard, born July 22, 1959, entered into eternal rest after courageously beginning her second battle with cancer.

Connie was the beloved daughter of Jackie and Lela Jo Smith Randolph, both of whom preceded her in death, along with her brother, Robert Randolph. She is survived by her devoted husband of 37 years, Dale Pickard; her daughter Katie and son-in-law Justin; and her cherished grandson, Jonah Ebaugh.

Born in West Texas, Connie’s heart belonged to East Texas, where she spent much of her life. She dedicated many years to serving the Big Sandy and Gilmer Independent School Districts in Information Technology before enjoying a well-earned retirement.

Connie was known for her quick wit, infectious laughter, and deep compassion. She and her mother shared a lifelong love for animals, providing countless stray dogs and cats with loving homes. She also built and cherished many friendships, always able to brighten a room with humor and warmth.

Though she will be deeply missed by those she leaves behind, Connie is reunited in heaven with her parents and brother, where her joy and laughter now fill their company.

 In accordance with her wishes, there will be no official ceremony.
