Daniel Alva Ryan Sr.

Graveside services for Daniel Alva Ryan Sr., 79, of Gilmer will be Monday, October 16, 2017, 10:00 A.M. at the Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, Gilmer, Texas with Will McCutcheon officiating and under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer, Texas. Mr. Ryan passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at his residence.

Mr. Ryan was born June 22, 1938 in Naples, Florida to Earnest and Eva Marie Ryan. Mr. Ryan was a self-employed Insurance Adjuster and of the Baptist faith. He also served in the United States Air Force.

Mr. Ryan is survived by his sons; Danny Ryan Jr. and Valerie of Gilmer and Bill Ryan and Laura of Bossier City, seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild on the way.

Mr. Ryan is preceded in death by his parents; Earnest Ryan and Eva Marie, daughter; Eva Wilson, four brothers, and three sisters.
