Edward M. Dement DIANA �Services for Edward M. Dement, 58, of Ore City will be at 2:00 P.M., Friday, August 19, 2011 at Grubbs-Loyd Chapel, in Diana. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. He passed away August 16, 2011 in Gilmer. Edward was born May 26, 1953 in Houston, Texas to Edward & Masie June Dement. He was employed in the maintenance business and of the Methodist faith. Edward served his country while in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife: Tammy Dement, sons: Timothy Dement of Corpus Christi, Tx., and Adam Dement of Dallas, Tx., daughter: Stacy Main of Ore City, Brother: Mason Dement of Woodlawn, Tx., Sister: Becky Dement of Woodlawn, Tx., and 17 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 1-2 P.M. Friday, August 19, 2011 prior to the service.
