Graveside services for Frances Valian, 93 of Plano, will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, June 1, 2014 at Soules Chapel Cemetery in Upshur County with Bro. Wayne Norvell officiating under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mrs. Valian passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 in Plano. She was born on January 18, 1921, in Upshur County, Texas, to Marshall Columbus and Martha Estella Morris Shrum. Mrs. Valian was a homemaker. Mrs. Valian was survived by 2 daughters, Martha Laird of Denver and Vicki Timte of Plano; 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
