Franklin O. Speck Gladewater -- Memorial services for Franklin O. Speck, 71, of Kilgore, will be held on Sunday, December 18, 2011, at 11 A.M. at United Church of God, I.A. with Dr. Donald Ward officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater. Born on November 28, 1940, in Des Moines, Iowa, he died on Saturday, December 10, 2011. He was a retired security guard. He is survived by his wife, Teressa Speck; daughters, Joyce Gelina, Sandy Dodges, June Bates, Frankie Speck, Marla Austin; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Ruth Speck, Frank Speck, Ruby Diaz, Rachel Diedterich, Robert and Connie VanElsen, James Speck, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Enslen; nieces and nephews. No visitation is scheduled
