George Douglas Pilcher

Graveside services for George Douglas Pilcher, 81, will be Sunday, April 25, 2010 at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Bishop Lance Seahorn officiating. Mr. Pilcher passed away Thursday, April 22, 2010 in a Longview nursing home. Mr. Pilcher was born December 1, 1928 in Upshur County to Nathan P. and Mammie Pilcher. He was a retired heavy equipment operator and a member the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Gilmer Ward Number 2. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, April 24, at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
