Hazel Thompson

Hazel Thompson, a beloved and cherished mother, grandmother and homemaker passed away on November 25, 2024. Born on October 9, 1937, in Reydell, AR. to the late Nickademus D. Small and Alice Beatrice Drye Small. Hazel touched the lives of many with her warmth and kindness through her love of church, cooking, spending time with friends and most importantly her love for her family.

Hazel is survived by her loving daughter Gayle Pepper and her husband Johnny, her son Curtis Thompson Jr. and her daughter-in-law Konie Thompson, her adoring grandchildren: Jennifer Pepper Davis, Keith Thompson, Phillip Thompson, Heather Thompson Ramsey, Shea Thompson, 8 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends.

Hazel is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Curtis W. Thompson that she was blessed with sixty-one years of marriage.

Hazel's legacy of love and compassion will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Croley Funeral Home, Diana Tx. on November 29, 2024, at 2:00 pm. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will take place at Memory Park Cemetery, Longview, TX.
