Graveside service for Helen Louise Johnson, 70, of Gilmer, will be held at 10:00 A.M, Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Upshur County with Bro. Dickey Mauk officiating. Mrs. Johnson passed away on Monday, August 10, 2015 in Gilmer. She was born on November 8, 1944, in Gilmer to Josarah Russell and Flora Adele Clubb Watts. Mrs. Johnson was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Dock Wilford Johnson; daughter, Arlene Smith both of Gilmer; sisters, Barbara Baker of Gladewater, Martha Mackey of Longview and Sandy Bell of Gilmer; one grandchild and five step grandchildren. Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her brother, George Watts and sister, Mary Lee Parish.
