Hope Angela Jameson Mosley was born on November 14, 1957, and passed away on August 2, 2026.

Hope dedicated her professional life to the nurturing and development of young children as a Daycare Director at Little Steps in Gilmer. Her passion for the children in her care was widely known, and she poured her heart into creating a welcoming and supportive environment for families and staff alike.

Outside of her career, Hope enjoyed life’s simple pleasures and sought happiness in her favorite pursuits. She loved NASCAR, cheering on her favorite drivers with knowledge and enthusiasm. Animals always held a special place in Hope’s heart, and she especially cherished her beloved dogs, whose companionship brought her tremendous joy and comfort over the years.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Don Mosley; father, Edward Jameson; daughters, Crystal Kelley and husband Jeremy; stepchildren, Brittney Mosley Ronan and husband Chris; brother, Bentley Osburn, David Jameson and DeWayne Jameson; granddaughters, Jaycie Kelley and Courtney Kelley.

Hope was preceded in death by her brothers, Joe Osburn and Dennis Osburn.

A funeral service will be held at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater on August 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Following the service, interment will take place at Gladewater Memorial Park.
