James Roy Franklin Hall

James Roy Franklin Hall, age 79, of Diana passed away on June 8, 2023, in Longview. He was born on July 20, 1943, in Louisiana to Noel Hall and Myrtle Overton.

James was a US Army veteran having served two tours in Vietnam and 20 in the Army. Then he served another five years in the Army-Navy Reserves. He was a passionate fisherman and was able to catch anything. He also loved to work on cars in his spare time.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Noel and Myrtle Hall and his wife Jamie Hall.

James is survived by his son Michael Hall and Trish Waller of Diana, and two grandsons, Coleton and Harlon Hall.

Graveside services for Mr. Hall will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 2PM at Ashland Cemetery in Diana. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the graveside at 1PM at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana.
