Gilmer -- Memorial services for Jay Chandler Wigg, 71, of Gilmer will be held on Monday, January 4, 2016, at 2 P.M. at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer with Larry W. Osborne officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer. Born on April 20, 1944, in Colcord, Oklahoma, he died on Thursday, December 31, 2015. He was a retired crew chief mechanic for the United States Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Donna Sue Allen Wigg of Gilmer; two sons, William J. Wigg of Syracuse, New York and Jay Steven Sides of Gilmer; two daughters, Michelle Renea Wigg of Syracuse, New York and Mindy Wigg of Longview; four grandchildren; one brother, Marion Lee Dorl of Midwest City, Oklahoma; and two sisters, Rosa Mae Calhoun of Marshall and Angie Drew of Ponca City, Oklahoma.
