Services for Outia Bell 'Jean' Armstrong, 72, of Gladewater, will be held on Sunday, Februry 13, 2011, at 2 P.M. at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gladewater with Reverend Tim York officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater. Born on September 21, 1938, in Dallas, Texas, she entered into eternal rest on Saturday, February 5, 2011. She was a retired dietician and a member of Gladeview Baptist Church. She is survived by 2 sons, Michael Lynn Splawn of Union Grove and Gary Wayne Splawn of Union Grove; 5 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherry Ann Lancione. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. on Saturday, February 12, 2011, at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater.
