Jerry Baxter Scarbrough

Jerry was born May 2, 1933 in Pittsburg, Texas to O.B. and Annie Maye Scarbrough. He was Assembly of God and served as a Police Officer for the City of Longview. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents Oliver Baxter and Annie Maye Scarbrough. Jerry is survived by his wife June Scarbrough, Sons: Roger Scarbrough, Rick Scarbrough, Mark Slaughter, and David Slaughter. Daughter Karen Baird, 7 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. Visitation will be at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer Texas from 12:00 - 1:00 pm Thursday September 19, 2013.
