Mr. Joe Charles Gatlin, 66 of Gilmer was born on December 14, 1952 in Little Rock, AR to Runyan and Susie (Hester) Gatlin. He was a self employed carpenter and is survived by his daughter Jennifer Donnelly. Mr. Gatlin passed away January 27, 2019 in Gilmer, cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
