Gilmer -- No services are planned for Johnny Harvey Arnold, 73, of Gilmer. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer. Born on December 6, 1941, in Springfield, Ohio, he died on Wednesday, March 18, 2015. He was a painter and a member of Cherokee Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Arnold of Gilmer; two sons, Ulysses H. Arnold and wife, Tiffany, and Danny L. Arnold, all of Gilmer; one daughter, Nelda Tudon of Booker; eleven grandchildren, Kim Clark, Jennifer Evans, Brianna Tudon, Eddie Arnold, Braden Arnold, Eli Arnold, Griffin Arnold, Jep Arnold, Mackenzie Arnold, Whitney Arnold, and Mike Shipley; nine great-grandchildren; and brother, Jimmy Arnold and his wife, Jo Ann of Paluxy, Mississippi.
