Jorge Grimaldo Gladewater " Mass of Christian burial for Jorge Grimaldo, 41, of Longview, will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2011, at 3 P.M. at St. Matthews Catholic Church in Longview with Father Jesudoss Thomas officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater. Born on October 17, 1969, in San Luis, Mexico, he died on Wednesday, May 4, 2011. He was a cook at Little Mexico Restaurant. He is survived by wife, Maria Grimaldo of Longview; 2 sons, Armando Grimaldo and Juan Grimaldo, both of Longview; 3 sisters, Stephanie Grimaldo, Kimberly Grimaldo, and Vianney Grimaldo, all of Longview; 4 grandchildren 4 brothers, Armado Grimaldo, Miguel Grimaldo, Rodolfo Grimaldo, and Martin Grimaldo, all of Mexico; and 1 sister, Angela Grimaldo of Mexico. Rosary will be recited at 7 P.M. on Friday, May 6, 2011, at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater.
