Kenneth Carl Murray

Kenneth Murray, 79, of Tyler, Texas passed away on Sunday February 12, 2023.  Kenneth was born on August 10, 1943 to Edgar and Grace Murray.

Kenneth was a hard worker, he worked for Morris & Dixon for 20 years.  When Kenneth wasn’t working he was known to tinker with cars, watching football, horse racing and drag racing.  He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.  Kenneth will be missed by all that knew him.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Sonja Murray; daughter, Kimberly Lancaster; and grandchild, Taylor Lancaster.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Grace Murray and his son, Gregory Murray.

There will be a graveside service on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at 2 in the afternoon.  A visitation will be held at Croley Funeral Home in Hawkins, Texas on Saturday, February 18, 2023 from 4 to 6 in the evening.
