Kyle Richard Bough

Kyle Richard Bough, 90, of Kilgore, Texas passed away on January 14, 2025.  Kyle was born January 2nd 1935 in Stockton, MO to Clyde Earl Bough and Mable Bough. 

Kyle was born and raised in Stockton and was saved at 11 at the Baptist Church in Cedar City. In 1960 he served in the US Army for 2 years. Once home he worked as a charter bus driver and trucking until he was employed by Westen of North America. He married his wife Elaine in 1961 and started his family. In 1978 he moved to Kilgore and that is where his family has remained, in and around the area. 

Kyle is survived by Elaine Bough; children, Sheila Smithwick and husband Carl, Richard Bough, Carol Lodeaux and husband Tim, Michelle Renaud and husband Joe, and Scott Bough and wife Tosha; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild; and a host of other loving family. 

Kyle is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Mabel; brothers, Lyle and Donald; and sister Carol Jean. 

A visitation will be held Wednesday, June 18, 2025 from 1:30 to 2:30 in the afternoon at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater, Texas.  A graveside service will take place at 3 in the afternoon just after the visitation at Gladewater Memorial Park in Gladewater, Texas.
