Larry Hobart Phelps, aged 77, passed away in Marshall, Texas on January 10, 2024. Larry was born on February 28, 1946, in Moline, Illinois to Ollie and Mary Purvis Phelps.
He is survived by his wife, Lanelle (Schoon) Phelps.
A private graveside service was held Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Old East Mountain Cemetery.
