Mr. Leamon Howard Godfrey, 75, of Gilmer passed away on Friday, February 17, 2012 in Upshur County, Texas. He was born on October 5, 1936 in McLain, Oklahoma to Drewey Elmer and Eva Spears Godfrey and lived in Upshur County for the last 10 years. Mr. Godfrey served in the U. S. Army, was a self employed mechanic and a Baptist. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home-Gilmer.
