Linnie Ruth Threadgill

Graveside service for Ms. Linnie Ruth Threadgill, 75, of Gilmer, Texas will be held at 10:00 A.M., on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at Willow Oak Cemetery in Upshur County, Texas with Reverend Don Whisenhunt officiating under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
Mrs. Threadgill was born on October 1, 1944 in Pittsburg, Texas to the late Carl and Inez Wallace Minshew and passed away on Monday, August 24, 2020. She worked as an activity director and food service supervisor at Legend Oaks Nursing Home in Gladewater for many years and was a member of New Way Country Church.
Mrs. Threadgill is survived by her children, Rhonda Threadgill, Ronald Threadgill, Robin Stephens, Rodger Threadgill, Royce Threadgill, Jr.; grandchildren, Ryan Threadgill , Jessica Northum, Lauren Edwards, Lindsey Threadgill, Amber and Trey Whorton, Kayla Threadgill and Thomas Bailey, and Dakota Threadgill; great grandchildren, Aariyana Webb, McKenzie Davis, Brynleigh Parish, Drake Bailey, Matthew Ponce, Brennan Whorton, and Luke, Bo, and Georgia Bailey; siblings, Wilma Fountain, Corine Reese, and Royce and Bettie Minshew; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Glenn Royce Threadgill; daughter Glennda Threadgill; granddaughter, Whitni Ray; and brother, Robert Minshew.
