Linda Ann Perritt Starr, 81, was born on December 8, 1941 to William Madison (W.M.) and Mary Perritt in Quitman, Texas and passed from this life January 4, 2023 with her son Eddie, by her side and on her Daddy’s birthday.
Linda was a loving and devoted Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend who will be dearly missed. Linda was loved by everyone that knew her.
She spent many years being a long haul truck driver, loving every minute of it. She cherished all the many adventures and memories she made while on the road.
In her retirement years, she loved watching football (especially the Dallas Cowboys), playing pool, eating out, going to the movies and making precious memories with her family and friends.
Above all, Linda loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and is walking those glorious streets of gold and singing God’s Praises.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Eddie Starr II and Monte Starr, Grandchildren, Mike Starr, Eddie Starr III, Bobby Starr, Clint and Andy Montgomery, Breanna and Brooke Starr. Great Grandchildren, Emma and her son Tyverson, Aaron, Dakota, Dallas, Brayden, Ariella and Quinley, Sisters, Dianne and husband Rod Sanford, Debbie and husband Johnny Hill, many nieces, nephews, cousins and many other family and friends.
Linda is preceded in death by her father and step-mother, W.M. and Frances Perritt and her mother Mary Velma Trimble, her cherished Grandmother, Molly Belle Perritt, her sister Barbara Jane May and her niece, Ashley Brooke Hill.
