Marsha Kay Ormes

Marsha Kay Ormes lost her battle to cancer and passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2014 in her home in Gladewater. She is survived by her husband, Neil Ormes; her daughter and sons-in-law, DeeDee and Jerry Stanley of Union Grove and Sandy and Nelson Carter of Celina; Her five grandchildren, Lindsey, Lakyn, Landon, Tanner, Lincoln and Lily; two great-grand children, Jaxon and Colt; her brothers, Larry, George, Randy Wilson and Diana Pierce; and many stepchildren and step grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Evelyn Hollingsworth; her father, Ross Wilson; and older brother, Harvey Wilson. She was loved by all and will be missed greatly. A small memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 27, 2014, at 1:oo p.m. , at East Mountain Baptist Church, 315 East Mountain Baptist Church, Gilmer, 75645. Arrangements are with Croley Funeral Home, Gladewater. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Wounded Warriors in her name.
