Martha Lucille Close

Martha Lucille Close, born on December 29, 1936 to Herman and Lucille Fulbright, in Olney, Texas and passed away on October 15, 2023. She was a beloved mother, sister, and friend to many. 

In addition to being a loving mother and sister, Martha was a cherished friend to many. Her warmth and compassion touched the lives of countless individuals who were fortunate enough to know her. Her positive impact will be remembered by all those who had the privilege of crossing paths with her.

Martha is survived by her son David Lee Bailiff, nieces Sandy Lathrop, Debra Stanton, and Jimmy Dee Mangrum. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Lucille Fulbright, sons, Jimmy Don and Howard Wayne Bailiff, brother, Tommy Fulbright, sisters, Daisy and Mildred Fulbright.

The family will have a private graveside service in Brownwood, Texas.
