HAWKINS " Memorial service for Melvin James Wall, 81, of Hawkins will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Holly Lake Church of Christ. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Hawkins. Mr. Wall passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016 at a Tyler hospice. Mr. Wall was born October 9, 1934, in Borger, TX to Evern Truman and Georgia Hyman Wall. He was a retired Electrical Engineer with Texas Instruments (T.I.) in Dallas and a member of Holly Lake Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife, LaRue Wall of Hawkins; son, David P. Wall of Canyon, TX; daughters, Rebecca Lee Wall Plemons of Tyler and Laurie Ann Wall Laughter of McKinney; brother, Evern R. Wall of Holly Lake Ranch; sister, Freda Ann Wall Crosby of Holly Lake Ranch; six grandchildren, James Wall, Mary Plemons Anderle, Emily Plemons Thomas, Rachel Plemons Whitely, April Wall and Arinn Wall; six great-grandchildren, Caleb Wall, Jake Anderle, Drew Anderle, Blakely Thomas, Courtney Wall and Caitlin Wall. No formal visitation is scheduled.
