Monnie Garnet Kelly

Monnie Garnett Kelly, 83, of Gladewater, Texas, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2025, in Tyler, Texas.

Monnie was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who brought joy, laughter, and love to everyone she met. She is survived by her son, Bryan Kelly (and wife Sheri Kelly), daughter in law Robin Kelly, granddaughters Brianne Allbright (and wife Liz Allbright) and Bridgette Hartt (and husband Harrison Hartt); grandson Brandon Kelly (and wife Brittany Kelly); and great-grandchildren Sean Massey, Emmaley Kelly, Aubrie Massey, Katherine Kelly, Kennedy Hartt, Max Hartt, and River Kelly.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Max Kelly, sons Erby and Tim Kelly, four sisters, and her dear mother Polly Lybass.

Monnie lived life with spunk and spirit. She loved garage sales, relaxing at Lake Tawakoni, having her nails done, and shopping for jewelry and antiques. She had a vibrant personality, full of sass and warmth, and absolutely delighted in spoiling her grandchildren. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love and laughter lives on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.
