Nellie June Justice

Funeral service for Ms. Nellie June Justice, 93, of Big Sandy, will be held 2:00 PM Friday, March 25, 2022, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer, interment will follow at West Mountain Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM prior to the service. Ms. Justice passed from this life to be with her Lord on Monday, March 21, 2022 in Longview.

Nellie was born January 5, 1929, in Big Sandy, Texas, to Ernest and Inez Dunagan Purdue. She worked as an administrative assistant for McKaig Chevrolet and attended the Big Sandy Church of Christ.

She is survived by her son, Neal Justice; daughter, Gina Schelling and husband, Kent; grandson, Sidney McDonald; as well as three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Nellie is preceded in death by her husband, Sam Justice; her parents; son, Gene Justice; son-in-law, Wayne McDonald; sisters, Dorothy Galbraith and Lawanna Hill; nephew, Ernie Galbraith.
