Mr. Steelman passed away Friday, September 14, 2012 at his residence. He was born February 24, 1954 in Dallas, Texas to Berry and Oleta Beard Steelman. Mr. Steelman was a veteran of the United States Army, self-employed carpenter and a member of the Baptist faith.
