Ray Mahfood

Ray, a man who felt that simplicity is the key to a happy life. He loved his family " his pets and sports. He and his twin brother, Mark were born in Kilgore, Texas on November 30, 1957. Ray died in Gladewater, Texas Wednesday, January 14, 2015. He was an employee of the John Ben Shepperd Estate for the past 30 years. Ray is the son of Helen Wilhelmina Snider and Kemal Najib Mahfood, Sr. He was proceded in death by his parents and older sister, Almaas. Those left to fondly remember Ray are brothers: Kemal, wife Jerri, Emile, Harry, wife Fara, Mark and Alex, wife Doni: sisters, Tanya, Ruth, husband Danny, Norma, husband , Jerry, Nabeeha, Maxine, husband Stan; nephews: Sam, Casey, Snapper, Heath, Dan, Tommy, Justin, and Wayne; nieces: Danielle, Alexandra, Gabrielle, Helen, Elizabeth, Amanda, Vanessa, April, Dara, Robin and Suzette, plus other family members and a host of friends. A private family memorial will be held at a later date. Ray was very much loved and will be greatly missed.
