Raymond O. Brunson

DIANA: Raymond O. Brunson was born May 21, 1937 in Paris, Texas to Ernest S. and Ruth Brunson and passed from this life on November 22, 2016.
He was a skilled machinist and worked many years for Lone Star Steel and East Texas Machine.
On March 1, 1957, he married Mary Dell Adair in Houston, Texas. He was a long time resident of Diana, Texas where he raised his family and was a member of First Baptist Church in Diana.
Raymond is survived by his wife Mary, sister: Betty Ruth House and brother –in-law Ernest of San Antonio, brother: Ernest Brunson of Sweden, son and daughter-in-law: Tim and Karen Brunson of Gilmer, daughter and son-in-law: Becky Roark and Jerry Spencer of Tyler, four grandchildren: Stacy, Jared, Rachel and Michelle and their families, and three great-grandchildren: Faith, Uriah and Kelly.
He was preceded in death by his son Steve Brunson.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Reed Cemetery in Diana.
