GILMER- Richard Martin McMillan, 63 of Gilmer passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2017, in Gilmer. He was born on June 11, 1954 in El Paso, Texas to Claude A. McMillan and Roberta Zugar McMillan.
Mr. McMillan was a Security Guard for Pinkerton.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
