Ronald Alton Williams, 79, a resident of Circle Drive Community, North Toledo Bend Lake, Louisiana passed away August 16, 2026. Ronnie was born January 12, 1947 in Gladewater, Texas to Leslie and Mary Juergens Williams.

Ronnie was a retired welder. His greatest pleasures were fishing and time spent with family and friends.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Larry Williams.

He is survived by his wife, Gail Emerson Williams; his children Em Williams, Paul Hansen and Mary Kleinertz and her husband Brian; Grandchildren Mitch Howard, Bishop, Charlotte, Isaiah, Alexander and Maxwell Kleinertz; Uncle John Juergens and wife Winnie; Aunt Dorothy Wedgeworth; numerous cousins; Sisters-in-Law Ann Davis(Pete), Jeanette Wells(Jack), Sandra Bamburg(Robert), Willa Joy Flynn(Michael), Bonnie Slaughter(Steve) and Viva Williams; Lifelong friends Jerry Scarlett, Vickie Armstrong-Johnson and Clyde and Katie Smith; His lake family and friends of the Circle Drive Community, North Toledo Bend Lake.

A Memorial Service to honor Ronnie will be Saturday September 5, 2026, at 2:00 pm at South Bossier Baptist Church. A time of fellowship and refreshment will follow in the Fellowship Hall.

Interment will take place in Texas at a later date.
