Graveside services for Ruby Odel Gebert, 94 of Gilmer will be held 2:00 P.M, Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at Barnhart Family Cemetery in Upshur County with Reverend David Machiavello officiating under the direction of Croley Funeral Home. Mrs Gebert was born on April 11, 1918, in Mexia, Texas to James William Johnson and Talitha Ann Laxon Johnson and passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2012 in Gilmer. She was the former owner of Ruby"s in Los Angeles, Texas. Mrs. Gebert was survived by her son, Jim Barnhart of Gilmer; 14 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 29, 2012, from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
