Ruth E. Tackitt, 92, of Gilmer passed away Wednesday May 22, 2013 in Tyler. She was born in Gilmer Texas on July 9, 1920 to John Henry and Bessie Mae Tackitt. She was a Baptist and the owner and operator of "The Fashion Shop" in Gilmer. Memorial Services for Mrs. Tackitt will be held at a later date.
