Sherra Nell Titus

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sherra Nell Titus who left us on November 18, 2025, at the age of 95. Born on October 29, 1930, in Leforce, Texas, Sherra was the cherished daughter of Bruce and Ray Wells. 

Sherra was a true spirit who brought joy and warmth to everyone she met. Her kindness and love for family and friends will be missed immensely. 

She is survived by her children, Tyll Pennock and Patricia Titus; sister, Norma Arnold; daughter-in-law, Linda Titus; grandchildren, Kadrinenne Bradshaw, AJ Barlow, Mason Barlow, Luke Pennock, Brandy Priest, Megan Mukabana, Halen Shelton; 11 great-grandchildren; and 6 great great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alvin Titus; son, Bruce "Scut" Titus; and her brother Bruce "Sonny" Wells. We invite all who knew and loved Sherra to join us in honoring her life.

 A chapel service will be held at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater, Texas, on November 24, 2025, at 10 AM. Following the service, we will lay her to rest at Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Longview, Texas. Your presence will be a comfort to our family as we celebrate the wonderful life of Sherra. She will forever remain in our hearts.
