Sonya Addette Welch

Sonya Addette Welch, born on May 10, 1971, passed away on November 27, 2023, in Gilmer, Texas. She was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, and friend to many. Her memory will forever be cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is survived by her mother, Gayle Thompson; son, Aaron Walker; daughter, Harley Wiggins; brother, Edward Welch; and numerous other relatives and dear friends. 

Sonya was preceded in death by her sister, Kimberly Funk and boyfriend, John Majors.
