Stephen PaulWilliams, 84, passed away peacefully on June 2, 2026, one day before his 85th birthday. He was born on June 3, 1941, in Rose Farm, Ohio.

Stephen proudly served his country in the United States Army, stationed in Germany in 1960. He had a lifelong love of golf and cherished the time spent with family and friends on and off the course.

Words cannot express how deeply Stephen was loved or how generously he shared that love with his family throughout his life.  His kindness, devotion, and unwavering presence will be remembered by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his belove wife, Ruby Dyer Williams; his parents, George E. Williams and Atha Williams; and his siblings, Carol Sheets, George Williams, Terry Williams, Jack Williams and Dolly Williams Wheeler.

He is survived by his sisters, Sandra Williams of Tucson, Arizona, and Michael Williams of Euless, Texas; his daughters, Kandi Price (Dennis) and Penni Teague (Tommy); his son, Stephen Lee Williams; his grandchildren, Amber Price (Eddie), Sloane Knapp, Jessika Wood (Chase), Emily Williams and Cody Teage; his great-grandchildren , Isaiah Price, Kyleigh Knapp, Kenna Wood, Ella Wood, and Kaysin Hernandez; as well as many cherished nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Stephen's legacy of love, family, and service will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
