Steven Curtis Whitaker

Steven Curtis Whitaker, 59, of Ore City, TX passed away on November 28, 2023 unexpectedly in Wichita Falls, TX.  Steve was born on May 6, 1964 in West Bend, WI to Leroy and Helen Whitaker.

Steve was a graduate of Ore City High School.  He loved the Green Bay Packers football team.  Steve had an infectious laugh that when you heard him laughing – he made you laugh as well.

Steve is survived by his siblings, Sandie Ramthun and husband Dale, Dale Whitaker, Kathy Figueredo and husband Eric, Scott Whitaker and wife Patsy, Ron Whitaker, and Bobby Whitaker and wife Quindy and their families.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Leroy “Pete” Whitaker and Helen Mae Whitaker and his brother, Mike Whitaker.
