Sylvia "Sue" Ryan

Sue Ryan, 77, of Gilmer, went home to her Lord on Friday, July 22, 2022. Memorial Services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, July 29, 2022, at First Assembly of God in Gilmer.

Sylvia Sue Ryan was born June 9, 1945, in Bearden, AR, to John Patrick and Olive Marie Watson Ryan. She was a homemaker and served as a minister's wife for many years. Sue was a member of First Assembly of God in Gilmer.

Survivors include her sons, Travis Alford and wife, Francie Webb, Donald Alford and wife, Daphne; brothers, Kenneth Ryan, Ronnie Ryan and wife, Juanita; sister, Patsy Ratliff; grandchildren, Travis Alford, Jr., Heather Christine Knight and husband, Jeremy; great grandchild, Phoenix Knight and a host of other grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended relatives.
