Todd Allen Smith passed away in Tucson, Arizona, on July 24, 2026. He was born in Austin, Texas, to Pete Smith and Linda Ormes on June 27, 1969.

Todd married Carley Gates on April 28, 2013, in Diana, Texas.

He was a project manager in the communications industry. Todd, in his free time, enjoyed being a DJ and listening to music. Even though he lived in Arizona, he had strong and deep Texas roots being an avid Cowboys, Rangers and Stars fan. One of Todd and Carley’s favorite get aways was going to ocean beaches and watching sunsets together.

Todd is survived by his wife Carley; Mother Linda Ormes; brother, Phillip (Aon); sister, Jaime Smith (Chad Arey); uncle, Garry Ormes (Paula); aunts, Vicki Smith (Tony Badillo) and Gwen Wright (Randall); and nieces and nephews, Stephen, Kayla, Shelby, Taylor, Carley, Frank and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews and cousins.

He was proceeded by his father Pete Smith; grandparents, Howard and Mozella Ormes and Buster and Edna Smith.

There will be a visitation on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 6 to 8pm at Croley Funeral Home in Daina, Texas, with funeral services at Smyrna Methodist Church at 2pm with internment at Smyrna Cemetery following services.
