Venita Sue Kinney-Green

Celebration of Life services for Venita Sue Kinney-Green, 75, of Gladewater will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 24, 2021, at The Reserve located at 7725 Hwy 259 North, Longview, TX 75605. Venita passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at her home surrounded by family.

Venita was born October 8, 1945 in Gladewater to the late Patsy Charles Kinney and Marguerite Dillard Kinney. She married Billie Lee Green, Sr. in Dallas, Texas on July 24, 1965. Venita enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She will be forever remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker.

Venita is survived by her husband Billie Lee Green, Sr.; daughter Deborah Johnston and husband Kelly; son Patrick Green and wife Elena; three sisters Patricia, Margie and Kathy; grandson Kade Nicholas Johnston; granddaughter Kayla Suellen Johnston as well as many other loving family and friends.

Preceding Venita in death are her parents; son Billie Lee Green, Jr.; two sisters Frances and Valda and three brothers David, Patrick and George Allen.
