William Scott Cochran

William Scott Cochran was born December 28, 1965, in Kilgore, TX and passed away on October 27, 2025, in Minneapolis, MN.

Scott grew up in Highlands, Texas and went to school at Goose Creek CISD in Baytown, Texas. After graduating from Ross S. Sterling High School, Scott attended Robert E. Lee Jr. College for one year and then went onto Baylor University where he received his bachelor’s degree, he earned his master’s degree in business at University of Phoenix. He worked as a technical writer for various businesses and resided in Denver, CO.

Scott is preceded in death by his grandparents, A.P. and Emma Davis from Kilgore, Prentis and Hildred Cochran from Apple Springs.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Emma Bracchi; son-in-law, Anthony Bracchi; granddaughter, Dylan; mother, Reba Cochran; sister, Sharon Gwaltney; brother-in-law, Paul Gwaltney along with cousins and nephews.

Scott made a profession of faith and was baptized when he was 8 years old.
