He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Sarah Susan King Beall of White Oak; 1 daughter, Diane McKnight of El Paso; 1 step-son, Stuart Nipper of White Oak; 1 step-daughter, Robin Hicks of White Oak; 5 grandchildren; and 1 brother, Billy Gene Beall of White Oak. No visitation is scheduled.
